• NoGap Eyecare guarantees you will receive the exact brand of   lens prescribed by your eye care professional and that all lenses will be shipped in their manufacturers original boxes.
• If you are not totally satisfied with your contact lenses, you have 30 days to return your lenses to receive a full refund, as long as the lenses are in their unopened boxes. (less shipping, handling, restocking fees)
• Lenses returned unopened in original packaging will be refunded or replaced if they are not what you ordered or in any way faulty.
• Please e-mail or fax NoGap Eyecare to let us know that the lenses are being returned and whether you would like an exchange, credit or refund (less shipping, handling, restocking fees). 
• Nogap Eyecare will not be laible to pay for the shpping costs incurred to return the products.
