Nogap Eyecare guarantees you will receive the exact brand of lens prescribed by your eye care professional. If you are not totally satisfied with your contact lenses, you have 30 days to return your lenses to receive a full refund, as long as the lenses are in their unopened boxes. (less shipping, handling, restocking fees) Lenses returned unopened in original packaging will be refunded or replaced if they are not what you ordered or in any way faulty. Please e-mail or fax nogap.com.au to let us know that the lenses are being returned and whether you would like an exchange, credit or refund (less shipping, handling, restocking fees).  Nogap Eyecare will not be laible to pay for the shpping costs incurred to return the products. You will have the option of selecting Express Post at the checkout, for overnight delivery. Express post incurs a slightly higher charge. Please note that overnight delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at the time of order and if your postcode falls with the Express network. Regrettably Nogap Eyecare cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels by Australia Post, however please contact us should you have a missing delivery and we will assist in every way possible to track your parcel down. For prompt delivery please select a delivery address where someone will be present during normal business hours to accept delivery Own frames sent in for reglazing is at your own risk of damage or breakage. Unfortunatley frames become more brittle with age.

I understand how to clean, disinfect and care for my contact lenses and the importance of these steps in reducing the risk of complications. I understand that my optometrist has advised a wearing schedule that should never be exceeded. I understand the importance of continuing care and regular check-ups with my contact lens prescriber. I understand that I need to contact my optometrist immediately if I have any problems with my eyes or contact lenses. I understand that Nogap Eyecare can take no responsibility for adverse reactions or complications that may arise from any misuse or otherwise of any contact lenses purchased from this website. In supplying contact lenses, No cannot be responsible for the consequences of any false or misleading information supplied to them by customers of the website. Nogap Eyecare can change any details (including prices) at anytime without prior notice. We are solely a re-supplier of contact lenses and take no responsibility for any complications due to misuse by yourself. By using this site you are agreeing to assume full responsibility for all associated risks. Any advice shown is of a general nature. This site cannot, and does not, provide any medical diagnosis of eye diseases or ocular conditions. Specific advice must come from your contact lens prescriber.
